Johnny Depp has once again performed on stage alongside the musician Jeff Beck as he continues to await the outcome of the ongoing defamation trial along with former wife Amber Heard.

According to various accounts, Depp performed with Beck at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Tuesday. It was the third time in a row that Beck has made an appearance Depp has performed on stage together with Beck. Depp has appeared in surprise appearances in the past at two shows of Beck’s tour.

The actor was first on stage during the stage show for actors held in Sheffield, England, on Sunday before making his way to the stage for the musician’s concert held at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday. Video footage from the concert shared via social networks shows Depp performing on stage at the Royal Albert Hall with his guitar, and singing with Beck.

“He was knocking on my dressing-room door around five years ago and we’ve never stopped laughing since then,” Beck said onstage Monday, according to Sky News. “We were quiet for… there were obvious motives… Here the guy is.”

As Insider revealed that video footage from the concert showcases Depp and Beck singing a cover version to Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Happening” and Jimi Hendrix’s “Little Wing.” The duo also performed Depp’s previously unreleased track, “This is a Song for Ms. Hedy Lamarr.”

Depp is still awaiting an outcome in his defamation trial with Amber Heard. A jury has been deliberating the case. It began on April 11 and comprised more than the course of six weeks of evidence.

Johnny Depp first filed the lawsuit against Heard in March of 2019 in which she was accused of slandering him with an article published in the Washington Post op-ed in which she stated that she was an abuse victim. Depp claimed that in actual fact Heard instead verbally and physically hit him during their relationship.

Heard has denied allegations of sexual assault and countersued, she has laid out in court filings at minimum 10 instances where she alleges that Depp physically assaulted her, frequently as she said, drunken or drug-fueled anger.
